Der Tradition zu Folge wird Team
München e.V. auch 2005 wieder ein Sommer Sport Festival
veranstalten. Zu dem schon seit 2002 stattfindenden Event,
laden wir
von Donnerstag, 21. Juli bis
Sonntag, 24. Juli 2005
Sportlerinnen und Sportler aus aller Welt nach München
ein, um bei verschiedensten Sportarten ihr Können zu
messen.
Getreu dem Motto der Eurogames 2004 in München haben
wir auch wieder einige seltene oder exotische Sportarten im
Programm, wie Luftgewehr-, und Pistolenschießen,
Bowling und Ringen. Das erste Mal werden wir auch Leichtathletik
anbieten.
Dies alles gepaart mit einer rauschenden Party, einem Brunch,
dem unverwechselbaren Charme Münchens und der Schwulen
und Lesben die Euch willkommen heißen, wird es bestimmt
für jeden ein tolles Erlebnis.

ANMELDESCHLUSS UND STORNIERUNGSFRISTEN
Anmeldeschluss für die Registrierung ist der 30. Juni
2005. Eine Teilnahme am Turnier kann nicht garantiert
werden, sollte die Anmeldung nach diesem Datum eingehen. Team
München e.V. muss die Zahl der Teilnehmer/innen am Turnier
begrenzen. Daher raten wir dringend, sich sobald als möglich
zu registrieren, da die Anmeldungen in der Reihenfolge des
Eingangs berücksichtigt werden.
Bei einer Stornierung der Anmeldung bis 30. Juni 2005
erstatten wir die komplette Registrierungsgebühr abzüglich
der Bankspesen. Bei Stornierung ab dem 01. Juli 2005 bis
zum 21. Juli 2005 wird eine Bearbeitungsgebühr
von € 15 in Rechnung gestellt.
UNTERBRINGUNG
Wir werden unser Bestes tun, um alle Teilnehmer/innen und
Gäste gut unterzubringen. Wer eine private Unterkunft
sucht, sollte bitte unsere "Bettenbörse" ausfüllen.
Die Bearbeitung erfolgt in der Reihenfolge des Eingangs.

WICHTIG
Es kann an einer oder zwei Sportarten teilgenommen
werden, wobei die zweite Sportart hierbei nur Bowling
sein darf! Ausnahme ist aber Badminton plus Bowling.
Da Badminton an zwei Tagen stattfindet und Bowling nur
am Freitag, können wir diese Kombination demzufolge
nicht erlauben.
Für jedes Level und/oder jede Kategorie ist eine
Mindestteilnehmerzahl erforderlich. Für den Fall,
dass diese nicht erreicht wird, werden wir Dich rechtzeitig
über mögliche Alternativen informieren. Darüber
hinaus behalten wir uns vor, Spieler/innen ggf. in ein
höheres Level zu stufen, sollte die Turnierleitung
dies aufgrund der Spielstärke für erforderlich
halten.
Team München e.V. übernimmt keinerlei Haftung
für Verletzungen oder Verluste während des
Turnierwochenendes.

Following a tradition Team München e.
V. will also host a Summer Sports Festival in 2005.
To this Event, which takes place since 2002, we like to invite
athletes from all over the world
to compete in different kind of sports on the weekend of
Thursday 21st July to Sunday 24th July 2005.
Faithful to the motto of the Eurogames 2004 in Munich we will
offer some unusual or exotic sport, such as airgun-shooting,
bowling and wrestling. And for the first time a track and
field tournament.
This all, mixed with a great party, a brunch,
the charm of Munich itself and the gay community who
will welcome you, will be a great event for each of you.

DEADLINES
Deadline for registration is 30th of June 2005. Participation
cannot be guaranteed for later registration. Team München
e.V. has to limit the number of participants. Therefore, we
strongly recommend to register as soon as possible since the
registrees will be treated on a first-come-first-serve basis.
If you cancel by 30th of June 2005 you will receive
a full refund of your registration fee (less bank charges).
Cancellations by 1st - 21st of July 2005 will be treated
with a cancellation fee of € 15.- .
ACCOMODATION
We will try our very best to provide hosted housing for each
participant or guest who is asking for it. For private accomodation
please fill in the "accommodation" link.
For those who would prefer to stay in a "gay owned or
gay friendly" hotel we are happy to offer a number of

IMPORTANT NOTE
You can register for ONE or TWO sports, unless
the second sport is bowling! One exception: you
cannot register for badminton and bowling! Because
badminton will take place on two days and bowling on
friday only. So these two sports in combination is not
possible.
For each level and/or category a minimum number of registrations
is required. In case this minimum will not be reached,
we will inform you in time about possible alternatives.
Furthermore, we preserve the right to shift players
up into a higher level, should the tournament board
consider this appropriate due to wrong classification.
Team München e.V. does not take over any responsibility
for injuries or accidents during the tournament.
